The design is made with high quality Sublimation Transfer. The design is heat pressed into the pillow cover and the transfer then dyes the fabric of the cover. There is zero feel to the design. Due to the nature of sublimation, it does give the appearance of a more vintage look to the image. This design is NOT vinyl.
