Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our work, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless an error was made on our end.

Please double check your spelling and any other details before submitting your order.

We package every item to the best of our ability and make every effort to ensure that your item(s) arrive as expected, and in one piece. If however, there is an issue with breakage, or damage please contact us immediately. Please do NOT discard any packaging. We will need pictures of the item(s) and packaging so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

When you receive your order, please be sure to look it over to make sure everything is correct. If there are any discrepancies you must contact us within 48 hours of the item(s) arriving at your doorstep. If there’s an error that was made on our end, we can offer an exchange or refund, depending on the issue. We will ask that you send us a photo of the item in question. In this situation, the item must be returned in the original condition. If an item is not returned in its the original condition, you will NOT receive a new item and the original will be returned at your expense.
